Supported 1,000 Village Health Teams (VHTs) to disseminate information in the communities; and pilot innovative approaches, such as using motorbike ambulance taxis to reach pregnant women in the most inaccessible villages.
Supported 25 Early Child Development Centers (ECDC) with 32 Oxen, 8 Ox plough, and planting materials of 2550kgs (Maize and Beans) to 25 community ECD centers.
Trained more than 1,300 community members on how to productively manage ECD centers and spread awareness among families about the importance of helping their children develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
4500 individuals were Sensitized to HIV/AIDS prevention and control. This has helped to shape people’s attitudes and behaviors towards HIV prevention and control.
Zero tolerance
Agrifund International has a zero-tolerance against corruption and fraud. Agrifund international also has a zero-tolerance against all forms of sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse. This applies to all employees, interns, volunteers, consultants and any other that at any time represent Agrifund International in any capacity. Violations will lead to disciplinary actions, termination of employment or criminal prosecution.

whistleblowing service provides a possibility to report suspicions of misconduct; anything that is not in line with our values, guidelines or policies. The aim is to encourage anyone to report concerns or suspicions anonymously without risk, and to ensure a safe investigation process. The whistleblowing service is part of our anti-corruption plan. It is an important tool to reduce risks, and improve and maintain our high ethical standards. We encourage anyone, including partners, interns, volunteers, staff, to report concerns.
When can I use the Whistleblowing service?
Whistleblowing can be used to inform about a concern about something that is not in line with our values, guidelines and ethical code, and that may seriously affect our organisation or a person’s life or health. For workplace-related issues and complaints, we ask you to please contact your manager.
